This vision has become an 8 acre vineyard, apple orchard, and winery built from the ground up by them. Their vineyard boast of 16 different cold hearty grape varieties, over half of them developed by the University of Minnesota. The vineyard and winery reflect much of who they are; family, military and region. Ron and Rebecca are both military veterans. Ron retired in 2014 after 29 years with the Minnesota Army National Guard as an infantry officer, serving two deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.
